As used in the Revised Code:
(A)
Offenses include, violations of the first, second, third, and fourth degree, transgressions of the first, second, third, and fourth degree, minor transgressions, and offenses not specifically classified.
(B)
Regardless of the penalty that may be imposed, any offense specifically classified as a violation is a violation, and any offense specifically classified as a transgression is a transgression.
(C)
Any offense not specifically classified is a violation if ban status for more than seven days may be imposed as a penalty.
(D)
Any offense not specifically classified is a transgression if ban status for not more than four days may be imposed as a penalty.
