No person shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance, lag, or quality of life degradations to a gaming server by doing any of the following:
Failing to comply with the District or Municipal Rules of a specific server that are posted to a properly labeled informational discord rule channel.
Creating a condition that is very resource demanding on a server while more than 1 players are online.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of degradation of gaming servers.
Except as otherwise provided in divisions (C)(3) and (4) of this section, degradation of gaming servers is a transgression of the second degree.
Multiple offenses after fully being adjudicated and charged previously will be charged and imposed as the next degree off offense tiers.
Degradation of gaming servers is a violation of the fourth degree if any of the following applies:
The offender persists in degradation of gaming servers after reasonable warning or request to desist.
Degradation of gaming servers is a violation of the second degree if determined by competent authority that being a court, presiding Magistrate or Judge that the Mens Rea of the defendant satisfies the culpability requirements to declare them as knowingly committing the actions.
Degradation of gaming servers is a violation of the first degree if determined by competent authority that being a court, presiding Magistrate or Judge that the Mens Rea of the defendant satisfies the culpability requirements to declare them as purposefully committing the actions.
