The sentencing court imposing a sentence upon an offender for a violation elects or is required to impose a reduction of status of rank, experience or in-game hours on the offender pursuant to this chapter, the court shall impose a sanction that shall be one of the following:
For a violation of the first degree, forfeiture of all Empire of Apollo Rank, Experience and in-game hours;
For a violation of the second degree, not more than three named ranks, or fifty thousand experience whichever is greater, or three-hundred in-game hours;
For a violation of the third degree, not more than two named ranks, or thirty thousand experience whichever is greater, or two-hundred in-game hours;
For a violation of the fourth degree, not more than one named rank, or fifteen thousand experience whichever is greater, or one-hundred in-game hours.
