The sentencing court imposing a sentence upon an offender for a transgression elects or is required to impose a financial sanction on the offender pursuant to this chapter, the court shall impose a financial sanction that shall be one of the following:
For a transgression of the first degree, not more than one-hundred thousand Apollo Credits and Server Credits;
For a transgression of the second degree, not more than eighty thousand Apollo Credits or Server Credits whichever is most applicable.;
For a transgression of the third degree, not more than forty thousand Apollo Credits or Server Credits whichever is most applicable.;
For a transgression of the fourth degree, not more than twenty thousand Apollo Credits or Server Credits whichever is most applicable.
