(A)
If the sentencing court imposing a sentence upon an offender for a transgression elects or is required to impose a reduction of status of rank, experience or in-game hours on the offender pursuant to this chapter, the court shall impose a sanction that shall be one of the following:
(1)
For a transgression of the first degree, not more than three named rank classes, or nine thousand experience whichever is greater, or eighteen in-game hours;
(2)
For a transgression of the second degree, not more than one named ranks class, or three thousand experience whichever is greater, or six in-game hours.
