No person shall purposely, and with prior calculation and design promote any digital content, assets, or services in any Empire of Apollo owned mediums. This includes using a medium owned / managed by the Empire of Apollo to backdoor message someone whom you would otherwise not have ever been in contact with.
As used in this section:
"Digital Content" has the same meaning as in section 1.02(E) of the Revised Code.
"Assets" has the same meaning as in section 1.02(D) of the Revised Code.
"Services" has the same meaning as in section 1.02(XX) of the Revised Code.
"Empire of Apollo Mediums" has the same meaning as in section 1.02(XX) of the Revised Code.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of Unofficial Promotions, a Transgression of the second degree. If the offender previously has been convicted of any unofficial promotions, this is a violation of the third degree.
If the offender previously has been convicted of more than 1 unofficial promotions, this is a violation of the first degree.
If the offender has joined the Empire of Apollo within 96 hours, this is a violation of the first degree.
If the offender was attempting to circumvent these regulations of section 2103.01 through direct messaging other members, this is a violation of the first degree.
Whoever receives prior authorization from the Executive Officers of the Empire of Apollo through the process outlined in section 2103.01(E) is not guilty of violating this section.
Whoever submits form XXX IAW XXX 3a., and whence the form has been received by the applicable 3XX member and reviewed for applicability it will then be routed up the chain of command through the Joint Server Commander for the Game of Interest (GOI), from the GOI-JSC it will be routed to the King/ Queen of the Kingdom executing Operational Command (OPCON) of the GOI, from the GOI-Kingdom it will be routed to the District Command Center, from the District Command Center it will be routed to the Empire of Apollos Executive Officers for approval and routing back down the chain of command.
Whoever, IAW XXXXX have achieved the membership rank of Commoner or higher may post to the Self Promotion channel on discord once every 24 hours.
Notwithstanding, whoever fails to comply with the 24 hour period established in section 2103.01(F) is guilty of Unauthorized Use, Unofficial Promotions as described in section 2103.01(A) and is subject to the penalties outlined in section 2103.01(C).
